

ACTS is a state approved Domestic Violence Perpetrator Treatment Program agency since September 1, 2006. The agency and treatment service, fully meet all requirements as stated in the Washington Administrative Code (WAC), chapter 388-60.
The domestic Violence treatment program philosophy is to focus treatment primarily on ending the participant’s physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. Treatment strategies and philosophies do not blame the victim or imply that the victim shares any responsibility for the abuse that occurred. The program holds the participant accountable for the abuse that has occurred and for changing their violent and abusive behaviors. Participants must meet program requirements as defined by WAC 388-60-0075. All participants must attend and complete a 12 month-long treatment sessions, included following list;
- 13 weeks of psycho-educational group phase
- 13 weeks of psycho-therapeutic group phase
- Family therapy
- Substance abuse evaluations or treatment
- Anger Management
- 6 months of check in follow up.
